What training methods make learning stick?
In either customer service training or sales training, what methods make that learning stick? How could trained employees retain more of the information they learn in training?

- For Trainers: - Provide a reason for the training. - Position the training as a way to make their jobs more enjoyable and rewarding for them by improving their problem solving skills, learning how to handle difficult customers, etc. - Make it interesting. - Make it relevant. - Make it interactive. - Review what’s been taught. For Supervisors - Generate excitement / Promote the value. - Reinforce what’s been learned. - Recognize and acknowledge application.
