Hello.. My instructor assigned me to write the following: How does psycho motor learning and cognitive learning relate to feeling in music and what is the role the teacher take in terms of teaching a child? I am very confused. What does this question mean and how and what can i write under this topic? Can anyone explain me in easier words and also give me ideas regarding what to write. Maybe in music, this applies when you assign children to dance to or move to various tempos of music. They move their bodies accordingly. Cognitive learning means that using music, children are able to understand an emotion or make up a story. Cognitive skills involve thinking and feeling and seeing how these are related. When playing a certain music, what do the children think of? Ask them to draw what the music reminds them of or make up a story about it.
